Terms of Service

  • You have to openly credit me as your Artist on your Discord, Twitter or on your Streaming channel's bio or description.

  • You cannot edit my art and turn them into a new one.

copyright (personal use)

The artist,

  • Artist owns the copyright. Can use as promotional material, Social media content, portfolio. However, the work will not be reused for commercial purposes

  • -

The cliennt,

  • Client will have exclusive rights to the work for personal purposes. Although it can be used as social media posts, Profile photos and channel costumize, It cannot directly or indirectly gain any profit from the work, modify it, or sell/barter it to a third party.

copyright (commerical use)

The artist,

  • Will not have control over how the artworks will be used susbently, but the use will be exclusively for the client and the person client consents to. If the work is reused for a new commercial purpose, new royalties will be incurred.

  • I do not publish any part of it in any public media unless the client publishes the copyrighted work. After the work is published by the client, it can be used as Artist promotional material, social media content, portolio.

✦ Payment

  • You can pay with USDT via wallet code.

  • Payment is required before I start the work. You have the option to pay half before work begins and rest upon completion. You will not receive the completed product until the commission is paid in full.

  • If you cancel your order there is no full refund will be given . Payment is received for the completed progress stage. The fee for the part that is not completed will be refunded.

  • Full refund will be given if I declare that I am unable to finish your commission for whatever reason.

  • If you wish to make additions during the design process, no additional changes or progress will be made until payment is made.

  • Changes after finished product will be charged extra

  • I will return to the Order -form you have read ToS and submitted- within 1-2 business days.

  • After confirming the order, I will write to you to talk about what kind of drawing you want.

  • If we agree on the content, I will receive the payment as it is written in the "payment" section.

  • I may refuse your order(s) for whatever reason I may have.

  • Art progress may take 1-5 weeks depending on the complexity.

  • I will share the results with you at the each step of the drawing. Feel free to message me whenever you want to get an update.

  • I have the right to refuse or cancel the commission any time.

  • I will not work over someone else work.
