You may use the purchased works in your commercial projects, games, or other endeavors as long as you do not redistribute (e.g. upload the works to other sites) or resell them (this includes minting as NFTs).

You are allowed to remix, transform, or build upon the works for your projects. However, I would appreciate it if you let me know or ask for permission beforehand. If you wish to share the modified content, please don’t forget to credit the original work.

If you use my works, as your artist, I’d appreciate it if you credit me in your bio or description on platforms like you use Discord, Twitter, or your streaming channels.

Under no circumstances can you use my works in blockchain-related technology, including to NFTs, P2E games, cryptocurrency, AI training, transfer learning, image processing, or dataset preparation. This applies regardless of the extent of modifications made to the works. You are not permitted to use them for such purposes in any form.

Changes like color palette edits, frame adjustments, or animation tweaks can only be used by yourself or within your own projects. You cannot claim ownership of modified work to resell, redistribute, or use them for the purposes mentioned in the previous point.

All payments are processed exclusively through VGen. Please make sure to purchase the slot/product on VGen before I begin your commission.

The final artwork will only be delivered once full payment is completed through VGen.

Refunds & Cancellations

If I must cancel your commission for any reason, I will issue a refund through VGen. Please note that VGen’s service and processing fees are non-refundable, so the refunded amount may be slightly less than what you originally paid.

If you decide to cancel, the refund amount will depend on the progress already made on your commission. Full refunds may not be possible once significant work has been completed.

Revisions

During the process: Small edits are free. Larger changes may require an additional fee.

After delivery: You may request free revisions within 7 days of receiving the final artwork if there are any issues.

Requests made after 7 days will be considered as a new order.

Additional Requests

During commission any upgrades or major changes must also be paid through VGen before I can continue.

Before placing a VGen order, please reach out to me first via Instagram DMs or Discord DMs(you can also join my server).

We’ll talk about your idea and clarify all the details of your commission together.

Once everything is clear and we agree on the content, you can place your order safely through VGen.

If we agree on the content, I will receive the payment as it is written in the "payment" section.

After that, I’ll start working on your piece! The progress may take 1–5 weeks depending on the complexity, and I’ll keep you updated step by step.

After you confirm the progress and finish the drawing, final result will be sent to you from my contact email.
